Here’s a little experiment I cooked up: a social campaign powered by Google’s latest video tool, Veo 3. With total control over audio, music, and sound effects, I could finally bring ideas and let’s be honest, those usually pretty dull LinkedIn updates to life.

Each week, I shared short, scroll-stopping videos announcing my availability. Sometimes they paid homage to classic films like Brief Encounter. Other times, they mimicked street interviews and vox pops. The result? Engagement went through the roof. Posts that used to blend into the feed suddenly became the ones people couldn’t resist watching (and sharing).

Navigating Cannes wins and the inevitable humble brags is never easy during awards season. So I thought, why not just embrace it?

Meet Lionel, my roving reporter on the Croisette. Part lion, part Cannes mascot, and fully committed to one thing: shamelessly promoting my availability (or lack of it) on LinkedIn.
